Idea2 Cloud-Based CRM Solution Available on Google Apps Marketplace

Earlier this year Idea2 announced a new CRM solution geared towards the small- and medium-sized business market, TMCnet reported. The solution addresses traditional implementation challenges such as technology isolation, lack of executive visibility and poor user adoption, company officials said.
