Autotask and Cloud Services Depot Offer Data Services Integration
Cloud Services Depot, which distributes private-label services for IT solutions resellers, is offering data integration services for managed service providers (MSPs) that use the hosted IT business management software, Autotask.
This agreement, enables MSPs to leverage the new data integration service to manage their remote network operating center (NOC (News - Alert)) services from within the Autotask software platform. By automating the data synchronization, Cloud Services Depot and Autotask have removed the costly labor associated with managing multiple service partners and platforms.
"We're excited to introduce Cloud Services Depot services to our community," said Mark Crall, executive director of business development at Autotask. "Now the thousands of MSPs who rely on Autotask can route tickets directly from their Autotask system to the Cloud Services Depot NOC team. It's like adding a 24/7 engineering team to their companies."
"By developing an automated integration with Autotask, MSPs can manage multiple service partners from within a single application," said Frank Hughes (News - Alert), CEO of Cloud Services Depot. "The Autotask platform supports the complex integration required by many MSPs and we are proud to take full advantage of it."
Autotask and Cloud Services Depot plan to host a joint webinar on January 18, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. EST to showcase the integration and its benefits.
As per the agreement between two companies, the Autotask integration is available free of charge to all Cloud Services Depot resellers who use Autotask to manage their IT businesses. IT services professionals, value-added resellers (VARs) and MSPs can purchase NOC services from Cloud Services Depot.
Recently, Autotask announced the launch of the Autotask CommunITy Rocks Outreach Program to provide best practices and faster business results.
