CPM Marketing Group Launches Mobile ICRM Call Center Software Tool Kit

January 07, 2011

CPM Marketing Group Inc., the market leader for healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) and strategic marketing solutions, extends its activities to mobile devices by introducing Mobile ICRM tool kit for smartphones and mobile devices. By means of the new tool kit, smartphone and mobile device apps can be connected to their CRM database and predictive models.

The Mobile ICRM Tool Kit is initially available for Apple's (News - Alert) iOS4 and Google's Android platform and will be in next to no time extended to other platforms as well based on market trends.

In a press release, John Hallick, president and CEO of CPM Marketing Group, said, “It has become clear to us that a substantial portion of future communications and transactions in the healthcare industry will be on mobile devices. Now at 30 percent market share, smartphones will hit 50 percent by the end of 2011. With such explosive growth, there's no denying the impact smartphones are having on the way we live our lives and interact with others. Almost every hospital I talk with has apps they bought, developed or have in the planning stage. Healthcare needs to be ready for the next generation of customer relationship management (CRM) using smartphones. Our new Mobile ICRM application provides the breakthrough technology to do it.”

Mobile ICRM addresses the growing adoption trends of mobile devices as transactional entry points, as substantiated by more than 300,000 apps for free or for sale, with the number growing daily. The CRM capabilities of hospital and healthcare providers are being enhanced with the help of its unique programming system, whereby their Web and portal developers are being enabled to drive real-time interactive intelligence to mobile apps.

Mobile ICRM allows hospitals in crafting a new category of interactive apps that leverage a smartphone's internal capabilities, such as providing the phone's current location. All the requisite healthcare information including, but not necessarily restricted to risk factors, physician referrals, events, classes, nearest locations, maps and driving directions, can be readily made available to the patients, as and when needed by them. This sophisticated technology of making available personalized health messages benefits the patient, the community and the health system as a whole.

CPM Marketing Group, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, is a growth and business development partner for healthcare organizations. Recently, CPM had developed a new Open ICRM tool kit for web and portal developers in order to embed the ICRM system into hospital websites.
