Autobase Announces Unification With AVV And @utoRevenue
Autobase, a Dominion Dealer Solutions division and the leading provider of CRM solutions for auto dealers nationwide, has announced the unification with its sister companies, AVV and @utoRevenue. The new organization, which would become the largest and most experienced provider of CRM solutions for auto dealers in the automotive industry, would be led by Bryan Anderson, the founder and general manager of Autobase, while Ed Braunbeck and Brice Englert, general managers at AVV and @utoRevenue respectively, would continue in the senior leadership roles.
In a release, Anderson said that “Our customers have trusted the Autobase name for over 20 years to deliver the very finest in automotive CRM software and marketing services. Now, with @utoRevenue and AVV joining with Autobase, the Dominion CRM companies advance with a single business vision, a unified product strategy, and the pleasure of serving thousands of dealerships. When you combine the talent and industry knowledge of nearly 300 individuals across three award-winning companies, our dealers benefit.”
The business unification process would support Dominion’s approach of managing a dealership’s inventory, CRM and websites with the most sophisticated and comprehensive integrated solutions thereby addressing the needs of the modern-day auto dealers in attracting, retaining and servicing customers for life. In a release, Robert Berndt, president of Dominion Dealer Solutions, said that “Auto dealers are weary of working with disparate, overlapping technology solutions from multiple technology partners. Unifying the technology and expertise of the industry’s premier CRM, ILM, and retention marketing providers creates substantial value for our current and future customers. CRM unification is a critical and powerful step in the Dominion United roadmap.”
Autobase strives to deliver an all inclusive solution targeting the generation of additional revenue from showrooms and service drives by blending its award-winning ILM (WebControl) and CRM (Autobase) with @utoRevenue, the principal retention marketing offering of the industry. Even after the merger, Indianapolis, IN would be the headquarters of Autobase, with its office branches in Columbus, Lee and West Springfield. The company’s new products and services as a direct result of the merger would be announced soon.
