Century Payments Deploys Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

Century Payments, a leading electronics payments provider, has recently announced that the company has deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online over Salesforce.com. In 2009 Century Payments had switched from Salesforce.com to Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM Online, and has saved more than $300,000 since then. This has helped to increase end-user adoption and overall company productivity, as a result of the switch. Recently, Century Payments was recognized and ranked as the 11th on the Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Companies list.


In a release, the Vice President of Information Technologies and Security at Century Payments, Scott Harlow, said, "Given our exponential growth, we needed a solution flexible enough to both provide immediate short-term results and adapt to our growing business needs without the high licensing or development costs.
