Unified TelData Unveils Total Care+ Managed Services Product Portfolio

Unified TelData Inc. specializing in providing intelligent solutions for world-class communications announced a new managed services product portfolio known as Total Care+.


According to company sources this new revolutionary portfolio of service products are suitable for managing clients’ entire voice and data network as it has applications on a single platform. UTDi’s Total Care+ cloud-based remote monitoring suite helps clients to manage and monitor their full range of products and applications residing on their network to ensure no interruption of service.

UTDi leverages an optimized combination of Total Care Diagnostic Tools, intervention and resolution by remote engineers and technicians and hence can remotely monitor and maintain the customer’s voice and data networks using product alarms. This ensures that 99 percent of alarms are resolved remotely and problem diagnosis can be initiated within 90 seconds of receiving the alarm notification.

Customers can enjoy seamless operation as problems are dealt with proactively. The remote maintenance activities help companies to enjoy substantial preventative value. Customers of UTDi can benefit from the remote monitoring program as they will henceforth experience fewer outages and enjoy immediate results, emphasized company sources.

Officials highlighted the features of the Total Care+ program which provides customers with access to specific monitoring tools like Voice Monitor which can proactively monitor all voice platforms and detect problems before users report issues. The Network Monitor can constantly watch switches, routers and links to keep IT in control of the network and the VoIP Monitor analyzes the call path between VoIP phones in real-time and provide statistics such as latency, jitter, packet loss and others.

The Server Monitor also monitors critical servers and core server resources, including CPU event logs, memory and disk. While the Website Monitor keeps an eye on the uptime/downtime of the Web site and immediately notifies IT of any abnormalities. Also the Application Monitor can deliver high availability and performance of business critical applications that alerts users of downtime to enable SLA enforcement.

In related news, Unified TelData Inc. announced that it has enabled San Francisco to cut $1 million on annual voice network maintenance contracts with its solutions.
