New Site to Help Keep Track of Fast Moving Cloud-based Contact Center Technologies

One of the pioneers in hosted and cloud-based contact center technologies, USAN (News - Alert), Inc., recently unveiled a new website that has been specifically created to help enterprises keep tabs on fast-moving developments in cloud-based contact centers.


The new site, called Hosted Contact Center News,  offers a transparent view into cloud-based contact centers and the technologies that power them, including hosted IVRs, Dialers, and ACDs. The site will also focus on best practices for ROI, deployment, security and integration. In a release, Steve Walton, USAN's President and CEO said, "USAN began developing hosted contact center solutions in 1989 long before anyone referred to it as the cloud. With so much discussion of the cloud and the dramatic shift from premise solutions to hosted solutions, we thought the timing was right for us to launch Hosted Contact Center News and help enterprises navigate the evolving world of cloud-based contact center technologies."
