LeadMaster Celebrates 14 Years in Business

In 2011, LeadMaster’s commitment to continually enhancing the product brought a number of improvements. Some of the highlights of the improvements include: search cases criteria, workflow automation and custom forms and API enhancements.
Additional improvements include: request update to records from accounts / search results; access to contacts, opportunities and custom forms from search results; creating a pool of unassigned leads and making it available to reps; email marketing automation and more.
This year, LeadMaster aims to expanding its business by recruiting more value-added resellers into their global partner program. Company officials said that these value-added resellers include marketing consultants, SFA consultants, marketing agencies and call centers.Last December, ZDNet Australia, a provider of IT news, white papers, case studies, analysis and reviews on the Australian IT industry, recognized LeadMaster as one of the Best CRM Suites in its article.
