It was tough going for Artesian Solutions when it had to compete with other social CRM companies within the industry for the CRM Idol 2012 award for EMEA, Asia and Australia, but its highly experienced team – and the impact Artesian made within the CRM space – together ensured that the company emerged a winner.

To win the award, Artesian had to demonstrate its software in front of multiple judges while its solutions were compared with those of the most innovative and deserving companies in the social CRM industry.

A record-setting popular vote and a count of the preferences of the primary and extended judges saw Artesian in the driver’s seat. The company’s ability to help organizations take advantage of information across social channels and transform how they interacted with customers and prospects was considered impressive.
For its part, apart from the recognition it received, Artesian was particularly grateful for the competition’s role in bringing to focus the innovative nature of social CRM, and how a customer-centric approach augured well for the company.
