BrandonWayne Group Expands with New Call Center

Reuters (News - Alert) has reported that The BrandonWayne Group has announced several major initiatives that will continue to support the company's rapid growth. In doing so, the company has launched the opening of a second office location in suburban Atlanta, Georgia.

This office is expected to provide additional support for executive recruiting and call center on-site programs. Christy Ospina, regional recruiting firector, is in place to lead this operation.

This corporate office in Nashville will also be relocating to larger headquarters, effective July 1, 2008. This relocation will enable the company to further expand its support of current and future clients.

The company also has plans to add additional locations in Phoenix, Dallas, Tampa, Philadelphia and Toronto before the end of 2008 to provide more regional support and to be closer to its current base in those markets. Such initiatives not only help to drive increased customer satisfaction, it also helps to boost local economies.  

This growth is also supported by the company’s rebranding and expansion of their trademarked CallCenterResponse People Solutions programs and services under a new logo and enhanced service offerings.

This move is expected to enable the BrandonWayne Group to further separate itself in the marketplace from the competition. Such differentiation is essential for companies struggling to compete in commoditized markets.

Given the importance of proper recruiting needs to ensure lower attrition within the call center, the demand for proven solutions continues to grow.
