Cbeyond Selects Razorsight Analytics to Automate Margin Management
Cbeyond (News - Alert), a provider of IT and communications services, has selected Razorsight (News - Alert) Corporation's Profit Enhancement Center, or "PEC," Application Suite.
Officials with Razorsight said that the company's PEC 6.0 portfolio of applications will improve the management of off-net costs and revenue assurance while further automating Cbeyond's management of operating margins as the company's ecosystem of off-net suppliers continues to expand resultant from Cbeyond's growth.
Cbeyond continues to be noticed as a rapidly growing company and its library of 30-plus IT and communications solutions are used by over 50,000 small businesses.
The company selected Razorsight to increase automation and visibility into its network cost and margin management in support of the continued expansion of Cbeyond's solutions.
According to company officials, with Razorsight's Profit Enhancement Center, Cbeyond will gain increased visibility into network costs while benefitting from an integrated profit and margin management solution.
Razorsight's application suite provides Cbeyond with web-based, on-demand access to automated audits of every dollar spent on the network every month. Razorsight's platform also delivers monthly financial reports, while providing increased Business Intelligence capabilities.
