IPscape is a 2010 BRW Fast Starter
The 2010 BRW Fast Starters list has recognized Australian cloud contact centre technology provider, IPscape for its rapid business growth. The 2010 BRW Fast Starters are richer, faster growing and have higher turnover and more confidence about their success than ever before.
IPscape (News - Alert) allows you to break free from traditional, old world approaches to call centre technology. No upfront capital outlay, no multiple suppliers, no bloated software that's painful to use; just a simple (and clever) pay-as-you-use solution combining voice and software to suit your business model.
To deliver a contact centre platform that can be operational in hours, IPscape uses modern cloud-based technologies. It can also be adjusted to suit the minute-by-minute needs of the customer contact team. The IPscape solution is used predominantly in call or contact centres to alleviate issues around cost containment, speed to market, real-time insight & the integration of new communication channels such as social media.
The 2010 BRW Fast Starter announcement is testament to the increasing acceptance of cloud-based customer service technologies in SME and large corporate markets,' said Simon Burke, IPscape CEO. "With a dynamic, dedicated team and leading edge technologies, this is just the first glimmer of IPscape's expected growth over the rest of 2010," stated Burke in a press release.
In a positive year of 2010, the 2010 BRW Fast Starters announcement is the latest milestone for IPscape. The company moved to larger premises in North Sydney and expanded staff by 30 percent including two notable appointments earlier this year. The company has recently appointed Toby Ellis as Sales and Alliances Director to improve its sales and alliances.
In May 2009, Qantas Staff Credit Union (QSCU) selected IPscape's Software as a Solution (SaaS (News - Alert)) call center management solution to significantly improve the efficiency and customer experience of its contact office in Sydney. QSCU also opted for IPscape's disaster recovery service that is unique in one sense, which is, the company has to pay for the service only if it ever uses it.
