In the words of Jim Dickie, Partner of CSO Insights (News - Alert) and author of "The Chief Sales Officers Guide to CRM", a CRM solution is only as good as the quality and accuracy of its database, and a solution without relevant, up-to-date information or inaccurate data is useless. Dickie noted that the value of the system comes from the customer data it holds and how that information is used for sales and marketing purposes.
According to Darius Vaskelis, CEO of Sakonent, filling the early stages of a sales and marketing pipeline is key to driving revenue for company's customers, and Oracle CRM on Demand is the sales and marketing cockpit for many sales-driven organizations. Vaskelis continued that the users of Oracle CRM On Demand can now easily access ZoomInfo's information for actionable insight to drive revenue.
In April 2010, Oracle CRM On Demand was selected by Canada-based DundeeWealth, an independent wealth management company to integrate and deploy business processes throughout the company for increased topline revenue and optimum customer visibility and service.
