Payday Express' Call Center Hours Increased

Payday Express, a U.K.-based payday advance loans provider, announced that it has increased the open hours at its call center in order to be available for longer periods of time to its customers. Accordingly its call center representatives will be working longer hours throughout the week, and they can be contacted even outside of the normal working hours for exclusive or premium customers who require extra assistance.


This move has proven to be really popular, as can be seen in the increase of the payday loan service. Payday Express constantly aims to improve its customer service and customer satisfaction by introducing new services. One such service available is the instant payday loans service, and Payday Express has turned this service into a popular one by extending its weekly open hours as well as introducing a new Saturday service especially for customers who wish to speak to an operator on a weekend. Existing and potential customers can now take advantage of this additional service by contacting the call center reps between 8 AM and 7 PM from Monday to Friday, and between 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays.

The online service is also available 24/7 and encourages customers to apply for their loans via the website. The customers may continue to use the telephone or email at all times, when its convenient to them, to discuss a payday advance. As payday loans are often used to help cover during emergencies or short cash flows, customers would be happy at being able to opt for a loan any time. Payday Express’ short-term credit services are known for their reliability and discreetness.

In a press release, the Operations Manager at Payday Express, Sarah Carroll, said, “As an online business some customers like to correspond via email in order to manage their account, and during opening hours our customer support agents aim to deal with and respond where necessary to all emails within two hours. We are always looking for ways to improve customer service and do more to help our clients in any way we can. The new opening hours have already proved popular with people who would normally struggle to get time to call before 5 PM. Some people simply prefer to speak to us directly and that’s why we’ve made these changes, to make ourselves as accessible as possible to customers who have queries or want help with a payday loan application.”
