Avtex Sponsors Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
Avtex has announced its plans to sponsor the national Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 launch event series, which kicked off yesterday in San Francisco.
The company will showcase a breadth of CRM knowledge at each event. It will answer questions around implementing or upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, and how other technologies can complement its already robust feature set.
Avtex (News - Alert) is a Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle Member with a national track record of successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations. It is focused on optimizing client interactions with customers, employees, partners, and prospects through the use of communication and collaboration technologies.
The company has also introduced its xRM for Commercial Real Estate application, and notes that it is the first in a series of packaged CRM software solutions customized for a specific vertical industry.
xRM for Commercial Real Estate application is available either on premise or in the cloud.
Avtex has experienced an increasing client demand for better ways to communicate and anticipates significant opportunities for growth in 2011.
“Leadership in CRM is central to our mission: enabling improved communication and collaboration across the enterprise,” said Bob Denman (News - Alert), president of Avtex. “Today, we are a uniquely qualified customer data systems integrator with an unmatched pool of knowledge and specialized expertise.”
“Microsoft’s (News
- Alert) decision to offer the online solution reflects the realities of the market,” said Bart Sneary, vice president of CRM Solutions for Avtex. “The new version offers something for everyone - users, managers, executives and administrators - and can be delivered as either a cloud or on premise solution. Not only does Microsoft CRM 2011 feature the kind of usability and productivity that Microsoft is known to provide, but it also features robust data analysis tools and an intuitive GUI and configuration flexibility.”
