Redknee's One Call Resolution Solution Wins IEC InfoVision Award

Business-critical software and solutions provider Redknee has reportedly announced that its customer care solution, One Call Resolution has been recognized by the International Engineering Consortium. Through IEC’s (News - Alert) InfoVision Award, the solution has been recognized as the best network and services management and operations solution in the market.
Based on patented and patent pending technologies, Redknee's (News - Alert) One Call Resolution solution lets customer service representatives and tactical network support technicians easily and effectively resolve network glitches. The solution facilitates more and more 'first call resolution' of subscriber complaints. It also gives support representatives a more holistic view of subscriber services allowing them to handle customer calls more quickly.
In addition, operators can also use the solution to integrate their customer care processes with existing ticketing and care systems, ensuring greater customer satisfaction.

The winners were selected by a panel of judges from the Broadband World Forum Europe 2009 Technical Program Committee.
